Track and report by customer, venue, or trading session the speed of order handling and trade execution.
Measure the latency of trades as they are received and processed by your FIX engine.
Track the trade as it travels from the trade blotter to smart routers and to the exchange as acknowledgements,
fills and confirmations are generated. Analyze order receipt, order routing and order execution speeds. Report
on trade statistics by customer, venue or trading session. Scan all reject messages and the associated reasons.
In real time, Trade Latency Metrics will analyze:
- Response time to incoming orders, by trade or by customer
- Overall order processing and execution times
- Service time at critical components
- Speed and reliability of venues
- Trade statistics per customer
- Network travel or system processing times
- Order Acknowledgements and Fill times broken down by average, minimum, maximum, percent over a threshold
The system will also provide early warning alarms before delays and load problems become severe.
